Say hello to Kilroy Oyster Point’s latest addition—a stunning sculpture by the world-renowned Jun Kaneko! True to Kaneko’s style, this piece is Untitled and part of his “Dangos” series, inspired by sweet Japanese dumplings. Standing at 9 feet tall, this ceramic beauty was officially completed in 2024, using thoughtful design to perfectly blend with the landscape.
Our amazing teams from @atthowefineartservices, @hdcco, @jun_kaneko_, and @dpafine joined forces at the site to install the sculpture in front of the soon-to-open Farewinds Restaurant and amphitheater.

A picture is worth a thousand tiles! Maya Hayuk’s extraordinary mosaic, covers 329 square feet is now installed at West 8th’s entry.
This adds up to about a mind-blowing 75,000 tiles! Our new epic piece is Hayuk’s debut in the tile world, bringing a fresh burst of color and creativity, perfectly blending the indoors and outdoors.
The tile at West8 now stands as a beacon of the new hub in @downtownseattle ‘s Denny Regrade area.
