We are thrilled to share that Finland Alejo, Senior Property Manager at Kilroy, is this year’s recipient of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International, Greater Los Angeles’ (GLA) Award of Excellence: Property Manager of the Year!
Finland joined Kilroy in 2003 as the Property Coordinator for the Long Beach portfolio. Since that time, her work ethic, dedication, and professionalism have resulted in numerous promotions. Finland is currently the Senior Property Manager for both the El Segundo and Long Beach portfolios. She has proven her commitment to her career in property management by earning the RPA and FMA designations, and she is currently pursuing the BOMI HP Designation. Finland is also a member of this year’s TOBY Judging Committee and BOMA-GLA’s Long Beach Regional Council Chairperson.
