Tia Troxel holds the role of Manager, Sustainability at Kilroy Realty, where she helps manage building certifications as well as facilitate efficiency projects for sustainable and healthy development.
Tia comes from a background in Green Building and Sustainable Practices. She transitioned from a role as Sustainability Analyst at a Sustainability Consulting firm where she conducted Green Building certifications, completed building energy models, and administered building commissioning utilizing relevant software and tools.
She has a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo, where she majored in Environmental Management and Protection. Tia is a LEED Green Associate (GA), Fitwel Ambassador, and WELL Accredited Professional (AP), and is looking to expand her accreditations relevant to the Green Building Industry.
