David A. Kieske has been a member of our Board since February 2026. He is the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of VICI Properties Inc., an S&P 500® real estate investment trust. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Kieske served as Special Advisor to the Chief Financial Officer since November 2017. Before joining VICI Properties, he spent ten years at Wells Fargo/Eastdil Secured, a real estate investment bank, where he served as Managing Director from July 2007 to October 2017.
Mr. Kieske holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
