The following resources are made available to our partners as a means of supporting and maintaining Kilroy brand consistency. These resources are meant to provide a high-level overview of how our brand comes to life and include convenient downloads and usage guidelines for the Kilroy logo and color palettes.
Logo
The Kilroy logo should never be smaller than 1” wide with a locked aspect ratio.
Logo Colors
The Kilroy Red logo is the primary logo. Only when Kilroy is not legible would the white logo be utilized.
Logo Clearspace
The area around the logo should equal the height of the logo.
Logo Misuse
Do not take the letters out of the red rectangle.
Do not distort the proportions of the logo.
Do not make the logo black or any other color.
Logo with Realty Corporation is retired.

The brand colors express Kilroy's personality and are a key component of our identity. The primary colors anchor the Kilroy brand and are used consistently across all visual communications.
