Kilroy Updates Seattle's Real Estate Style

The Registry recently covered 333 Dexter, and how it could be a game changer for the Seattle office market. "What 333 Dexter is not, is two bland buildings planted on a block", says Mike Shields, Senior Vice President of Kilroy's Pacific Northwest region. Led by architectural firm Miller Hull Partnership and totaling 600,000 square feet, the project will include creative workspaces, well-appointed retail, underground parking, a bike-lock area with a lounge, a large community-designed art wall; and it is situated in a thriving neighborhood of downtown within blocks of the Space Needle.
