100 Hooper Breaks Ground, Welcomes Adobe as Anchor Tenant

Tuesday's groundbreaking ceremony marks the celebration and official start of 100 Hooper, and we're pleased to welcome Adobe as our anchor tenant.

The project at 7th and Hooper Streets will create a two-building, LEED Platinum commercial complex fostering a uniquely collaborative culture. Conceived and designed by Pfau Long Architects and David Baker Architects, the campus is strategically situated in San Francisco's rising SoMa district.

Connected by sky bridges and common goals, its buildings house over 400,000 rentable square feet of designated Production/ PDR space, Offices and Retail arranged around expansive outdoor spaces, creating a micro-community of progressive thinkers and skilled makers.

Adobe has signed a long-term lease for 207,000 SF, or approximately 65% of 100 Hooper's office space.
