William “Bill” Hutcheson was appointed Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Capital Markets, in January 2022 to lead the company’s investor outreach program.
Prior to Kilroy, Mr. Hutcheson served as the dedicated REIT salesperson for Morgan Stanley. His primary role included marketing the firm’s research to institutional investors and partnering with his capital markets team on their Real Estate Initial Public Offerings and overnight block trades.
Before Morgan Stanley, Mr. Hutcheson spent sixteen years as a Managing Director with Citigroup as a REIT dedicated salesperson and sales-trader.
Mr. Hutcheson has been a member of NAREIT for over 20 years.
He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business & Economics from The University of California, Santa Barbara. He currently holds Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 securities licenses.
