Jasmine A. Lomax received her B.S. in Construction Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with dual minors in City Regional Planning and Real Property Development. Jasmine joined the Kilroy sustainability team in 2020 as the Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility Manager. She leads the benchmarking, tracking and managing of Scope 3 Carbon Emissions on Kilroy’s development projects and has implemented the company’s first Embodied Carbon Action Plan.

She also supports the property management teams and tenants in their efforts to occupy, operate and maintain high-performing, green buildings. In addition, Jasmine assists with executing efficiency projects at our properties and aids in managing building certifications within the portfolio. Furthermore, Jasmine supports Kilroy’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives which includes Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts.

Jasmine is the former President of the Cal Poly Black Alumni Association and has already been able to serve a 3-year term on USGBC-LA’s Board of Directors as an Emerging Green Professional. She currently holds a position on the Cal Poly College of Architecture and Environmental Design Dean’s Leadership Council Board and has her LEED Accreditation in addition to being a Fitwel Ambassador.
