Dear John,
As we are both well aware, build-to-suits are typically the most challenging and complex projects to execute for a wide variety of factors. Intuit’s new corporate campus at Kilroy’s Santa Fe Summit project, consisting of four Class “A” office buildings totaling 465,000 square feet, has been an example of how they can also be highly successful.
The outcome of this project is a true testament to the quality and character of all of the teams, but most importantly the excellent working relationship between the Intuit and Kilroy teams. This strong working relationship established the high expectations for all participants to meet or exceed.
From Intuit’s perspective, Santa Fe Summit is a phenomenal environment. The new campus has been very well received by Intuit’s employees and we believe Santa Fe Summit will provide Intuit with a distinct competitive advantage to recruit and retain the high-quality workforce which makes our products and services possible.
John, we express our compliments to you and your team for delivering the new campus within our schedule and budget expectations. Cooperatively, we have achieved extraordinary results and are looking forward to receiving a LEED Silver or Gold certification on the project in the next several weeks. We look forward to continued growth and partnership with the Kilroy organization.
Best Regards,
Michael Gion
